EricG's Running Tips

Below is a log of all my running tips as posted on Just A Mile To Go.  I decided to begin posting ideas, tips or whatever you want to call them because I am often asked questions about my thoughts on various aspects of running and what works for me.  This seems like a good way to not only track those ideas but to share them and get feedback from other runners to improve them for us all.  Please note, I am not a doctor, trainer, psychiatrist, or professional anything other than my day job which has nothing to do with sports.  I am simply someone who loves to run and enjoys sharing my experiences and learning from others.  I also like to have a little fun along the way.
